All items are lovingly hand made to order so please allow 3 weeks for your order to be created. It will then be sent 1st class using Royal Mail.

* EU Royal Mail – £7.50

* International Royal Mail – £10.50

Please order carefully and check your order is exactly what you want when you receive confirmation. If you spot a mistake please inform us within 24 hours. After this time changes cannot be made. We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrectly ordered item.

As the personalised items are made to order we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us unworn. A replacement will be sent out once we receive the returned item.

Please note we cannot refund postage charges or any tax and duties payable outside the EU.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We can not accept responsibility for postage fees or any items lost or stolen in transit.
